At the end of this workcamp, if you wish, you can move on to a longer training course in the kitchen as part of the Apprenticeship In Situ project.

What is Apprentissage In Situ?

A partnership between L'Hôtel Pasteur, La Basse Cour, BAM (Bâtiment À Modeler) and Greta-CFA as part of the DEFFINOV project supported by the Brittany region.

What's the aim?

To support people wishing to start and/or resume training by taking part in work-schools at the project's various third-party sites, so that they can discover trades and, if they so wish, enter a training course (CAP, BTS, etc.).

What kind of workcamps? 

The "chantiers-écoles" (training camps) focus on trades in the finishing trades (wood, metal, construction, etc.), catering and local trades (personal care, hairdressing, etc.).

What form does it take? Prior to each workcamp, the Bâtiment à Modeler (Cleunay) organizes a time to mobilize people who are far from employment and/or training. In the course of various activities (workshops, visits, worksites, etc.), people can come and discover trades and test their know-how.

Deffinov is a funding program launched in 2022 to support training in third places. The program is an initiative of the French Ministry of Labor, Employment and Integration, Régions de France de France and ANCT (Agence Nationale de la Cohésion des Territoires).

Deffinov takes the form of calls for projects launched by each region. In Brittany, the focus is on the transformation of training. This will enable various third-party sites and training centers in Brittany to respond to calls for projects offering workcamps within their structures.

The projects proposed in the third places make training more accessible to people who are far from it. Indeed, third places are places of socialization, where spaces are shared to encourage collective action and cooperation.
